Ok so when i was in the webmin panel and i tried to change the password for one of our Vitualmin Servers, it brought our Joomla site down.
To fix this:
If you change the pw you need to update the configuration.php file on the root of the site with the new pw. Just copy and paste the new pw from virtualmin into the configuration.php.
Voila, the site is back up
